The Alexander Technique has been helping golfers improve their play from when Alexander himself worked with golfers in the 1920’s. He even included a whole chapter in his book “The Use of The Self” on golf (The man who could not keep his eye on the ball).
Not only will the Alexander Technique improve the technical aspects of grip and swing, but most significantly the Technique helps with detailed psycho-physical preparation for each and every shot. If you prepare skilfully you are more likely to hit a good shot whether it be a drive, a fairway shot or a putt.
The Technique is also helping with the other aspects of playing including lifting and carrying your clubs, and walking with perfect coordination and enjoying full and free breathing as you go round the course.
