Self Preservation – Using combat sports, yoga and fitness.
 
While traditional self defense teaches you how to physically defend yourself against attackers, self preservation is a more holistic approach to prepare you for any physical, emotional and psychological attack. The idea of the workshop if to give you the skillset required to identify, avoid and/or minimize potential threats we might face.
•Combat Sports – Introduction to: Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Grappling.
•Fitness – Strength, Stamina, Mobility, Recovery.
•Yoga & Meditation – Breathing, focus, awareness.
>>Self Preservation: How to combine all of the above to help you face violence (physical, mental,psychological, emotional) in the workplace, on the streets, at home etc.
 
>>Who is it for:
– Anyone interested in learning a new skill.
– People who have faced/facing violence in their life in some way or form.

SOTF : Survival Of The Fittest design workout programs the are exclusively tailored to an individuals’s capability. The aim is not just ti look better, but to get stronger physically mental and emotionally .

We teach a number of Martial Arts designed especially for beginners all of which install discipline and focus. It isn’t just a skill that you add to your roster, it’s an entirely new perspective to how look at life.

Heal :
While most workout are designed to expend your energy, our Yoga, Meditation and Nutrition sessions focus on creating energy within yourself. We aim to teach an individual how to attain balance in life.


 
•Condition
 :
We don’t believe in the regular gym/home workout plan. Depending on each person’s personality, body, type and goal, we craft specific plans to progressively increase your strength, endurance, mobility and flexibility which you can apply in the real world.
