From Inspiration to Creation is a workshop laboratory for people interested in creation processes in performance and dance making designed for semi-professional and professional dancers. Through playing with composition tools participants sketch early performance and dance works encouraging raw and immediate creation choices. Annelie facilitates space for individual creative processes, nourish them with concrete input and practical exercises and use the group as a supportive environment for exchange and reflection. Participants seek and find, play and fail, create and drop, connect and extract. Ideas and inspiration will find their way from the mind to the body, from the abstract to the concrete in time and space.

After practicing awareness and connecting body and mind, the participants explore different ways of creative processes from the starting point through the research to a manifestation of it as solo-drafts. They will be guided by one-on-one talks, exchange formats with the other participants and theoretical input that can nourish and extend the individual journey. Its all about playfully connecting to your creativity and experimenting with ways of making it visible through performative choices.
