Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a gentle, hands on therapy which releases tension, eases pain and encourages the body to balance and heal. It’s deeply relaxing, subtle, and increases physical vitality and well being. It can bring about profound healing at all levels: physical, mental and emotional.

The therapy is non-manipulative and relies on the body’s intelligence to heal itself. It has remarkable effectiveness around a whole range of conditions including muscular pain, joint/sport injuries, allergies, sinusitis, digestive problems, sleep problems, anxiety, and recovery from trauma.

In the intro talk we will, among other things, talk about the training, which is a 50-day practitioner course. The training will be conducted through ten 5-day seminars, over two years, for individuals who want to become qualified Craniosacral therapists. The training is biodynamic in its approach orienting to the body’s natural wisdom and allowing innate intelligent processes to arise and bring about authentic change. Emphasis is placed upon the development of palpatory, perceptual and treatment skills which the student practitioner can integrate in a step-by-step process.

The intro talk is designed to provide a taste of this exciting and evolving body therapy science. You will explore the nature of health and how to feel the expressions of health as subtle biodynamic motions that take place in the body. We will discuss trauma and how its effects are safely resolved with BCST.
