Choreographing Effectiveness – Self & the Other

Workshop

Sat, 24 Feb 2018 9:45am - 7:00pm

1800

Limited slots | For inquiry contact Anita: 91 9899563800

The workshop uses tools from dance, theatre and principles of organizational behaviour to embark upon a unique journey. Through the day, participants will be lead to peek into aspects of themselves through experiencing/witnessing those behaviours in other participants. Candid, gentle and guided feedback will be provided to further analyse and augment these learnings.

The value of using performance tools to “really see” oneself has been adopted in development and spiritual practices world over.
Shoonya’s team combines these practices with a playful and exciting methodology where the “other” in the space is seen as a mirror to self.

This is a window to a deep, impactful and transforming journey, one that encourages participants to practise and apply the learnings in their daily life, work and interrelational environments.

The workshop is for participants of all backgrounds, genders and interests. It is only for those who are 18 years and above.
